Your subscription renews automatically every month and is charged at the subscription price shown at checkout until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Through your customer account portal.

• By contacting customer support at support@liveserena.com.

To avoid your next recurring charge, please cancel before your next billing date.

Existing Orders

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been placed.

To request cancellation of an existing order, please contact support@liveserena.com.

Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
